Hi there! I'm Arup and I joined Fort Light because I want you to make different mistakes than I did during my leadership career.

I've worked at companies large and small. My most relevant experience was at PagerDuty, where I joined as an early employee and got to scale the people and the technologies from Series A to post-IPO.

Truthfully, I had a lot of help while I was growing as a leader throughout my career, but the programming and community at Fort Light is something that I wish I had access to during the ups and downs (and downs) of leadership. Very few things in leadership are easy, but we try to make them easier.

Outside of Fort Light, I am an active angel investor in a variety of companies. You can also occasionally find me on stage at community theaters around the Bay Area.
